Authentic Handcrafted Saltillo Pavers

There's a reason authentic Saltillo pavers have been cherished for generations. Each piece begins as a natural clay sourced from Mexico, then is shaped, sun-dried and carefully finished using traditional techniques that celebrate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship. 

Every paver we offer is imported directly from Mexico in it's raw shaped form, then individually sanded and stained by hand here at Cortopassi Tile and Stone. This process creates subtle variations in color and texture that simply can't be replicated by mass-produced materials. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that's exactly what makes them special. 

As the pavers dry naturally in the sun, some may even capture unique coyote or chicken footprints in the clay! Small details that tell the story of their handmade origin.
